Study of Torsional Vibration Bifurcation Characteristics of Direct-Drive Wind Turbine Shaft System

This paper set out to establish the dynamics model of shaft torsional vibration for direct-drive wind turbine with phenomenon unstable system vibration. The stability equilibrium point dynamical is investigated, and Routh–Hurwitz criterion used obtain a range values bifurcation control parameters. For stable point, domain calculated by constructing Lyapunov function. sensitivity analysis parameters carried law effect on system. results are substituted example calculations, verify correctness theoretical conclusions. It proved that it feasible analyze characteristics using principle stability, etc., which provides reference structural design turbine.
